Bottle Size: 750 ml
Rating: Vinous 93
Glass-staining purple. Expressive aromas of dark berry and cherry liqueur, olive, incense and vanilla are lifted and sharpened by a peppery nuance. Round, alluringly sweet and broad on the palate, offering concentrated blackberry, cherry-vanilla, spicecake and dark chocolate flavors that are given spine by a core of juicy acidity. Ample and fruit-driven but structured as well, with fine-grained tannins lending shape to a very long, sweet finish.
