Still remarkably primary with a nose that is the crystalline essence of black cherry pinot sap. Massively structured, thick flavors with dense, ripe tannins that are completely buffered by all the extract. This is flat out great and still very much a baby. In my view, this is the best de Vogüé Musigny since at least '71 and is a monument in the making as it will live for 50 years without breathing hard. Multiple, and consistent, notes.
