The bouquet is ripe and quite generous, offering pure scents of maraschino cherries, wild strawberry and veins of blueberry. The palate is medium-bodied with slightly chewy tannins, good depth and grip and a touch of brown spices toward the finish, which delivers good length. Very fine – and good luck finding a bottle.
