Burghound Outstanding!! A cool and airy mix features notes of various white orchard fruit and acacia blossom aromas that are laced with subtle hints of exotic tea and citrus rind. There is a bit more volume to the round and dense medium-bodied flavors that coat the palate on the caressing and solidly long mineral-inflected finish. This needs to develop more depth but it should do that over time. (6/2020)
Aromas of candied citrus peal, orange oil, warm pastry and green mango introduce the 2018 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Champ Gain, a medium to full-bodied, satiny and enveloping wine that's succulent and fleshy, concluding with a delicately exotic finish. (WK). (2/2020)
