There is just enough reduction present to shave the top notes from the mostly red berry fruit and spice suffused nose so I would suggest giving this some air first if you're tempted to try a bottle young. Otherwise there is a lovely sense of vibrancy to the delicious, round and pliant middle weight flavors that culminate in mildly sweet but tangy finish that delivers fine persistence. This is already drinking well though I would suggest allowing this 2 to 3 years of cellar time first to develop more overall complexity.
