TASTING NOTES
Inky, deep and explosive, the 2015 hits the palate with a rush of blue/purplish fruit, creme de cassis, lavender, menthol, game, white flowers and incense. Vivid and spectacularly rich, this full-throttle Pinot has so much to offer. A flourish of floral and savory notes add the closing layers of complexity.
Antonio Galloni, Vinous.
This is a wine of great concentration and density that's also savory and earthy. Hearty, heady violet-floral aromatics make for a grand entry into explosively succulent wild strawberry flavor and supple texture. The tannins are robust and rounded and there's a delicate layering of white and black pepper that dominates on the finish. Cellar Selection.

Wow! That was my first reaction to this long, layered very, very cherry-toned, succulent Pinot Noir. It’s juicier and more lifted than Cuvee Natalie.
E.M., Decanter
Revealing (with plenty of coaxing) beautiful red currants, bing cherries, wild blueberries and black raspberries scents with touches of fragrant moss, underbrush and fungi. Medium to full-bodied, the palate delivers a wonderful intensity of blue and black fruits with a taut yet ripe, finely grained texture and a long earthy finish.
