This remains incredibly elegant and pure with classic green fruit and oyster shell Chablis aromas that are beginning to display plenty of secondary and oatmeal nuances. The intense and beautifully detailed flavors exhibit fine freshness, punch and complexity on the gorgeously long finish that possess a really lovely texture. For my taste, this has arrived at its peak though it should easily hold here for another decade. In short, this is a genuine knockout. Consistent notes save for two bottles that were affected by premature oxidation.
